Space 320, located just outside Boston, is a 4,000. sq. ft. working studio for photoshoots, video shoots, art shows and other creative events. Just 10 miles from Logan Airport, 7 miles from downtown Boston, and blocks away from the Mass Turnpike, this location is quick and easy for moving in and out of the city.

The studio was designed in 2016 by renowned Boston architects Hacine & Associates, who transformed the space into a destination - one that offers a relaxed environment for clients and creatives to work together seamlessly in a beautifully appointed and expansive workspace.

• 12’ ceilings, a large kitchen with 2 freezers, 2 refrigerators for large food shoots,  plenty of counter space, stove, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, garbage disposals, and a fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans, utensils, etc. 

• Mono Stands, Bose sound system, free wifi. 

• Free plentiful parking lots, both in front and behind the building; Loading dock, freight elevator, and two passenger elevators. 

• This creative workspace offers plenty of room for multiple sets, quiet conference area, private meeting space and a studio manager on sight to coordinate meals and deliveries for the day. 

• Catering suggestions and other production needs are also available upon request.

Space 320 has teamed up with Rule Boston Camera located at 320 Nevada Street on the floor below. Rule offers an extensive selection of camera and video equipment for rent. Packages available.
